Never join Excelsior Plus again

The salesperson Owen Yeung is really a bad guy. When he was selling me to join the membership, he told a lot of lies, like: you can use the room coupon for nights showing fireworks, you can ask me to refill the wine and cake coupons if you have used them up.

Today, I tried to ask him all these and he denied that he has said so. I'd better send a complaint letter to his boss.
