What's your Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)?

I have done this test 3 times.
First time: ENTP (Before 2000), done in an IBM project management leadership course
Second time: ENTJ (June 2006), done in an ABN AMRO leadership course
Third time: ENTJ (Aug 8, 2007), done also in an ABN AMRO leadership course

I like to be an ENTJ. My instructor told us that many CEOs or senior management are of this type or INTJ. I am not a CEO, though.

But ENTJ people may make decision too quickly, without considering alternatives.
According to the booklet, if ENTJs do not find a place where they can use their gifts and be appreciated for their contributions, they usually feel frustrated and may:
- become overly impersonal and critical
- be intrusive and directive -- giving orders without listening
- become abrasive and verbally aggressive

And under great stress, ENTJs can be overwhelmed by self-doubt, feel alone and unappreciated, and be unable to express their distress to others.

I personally agree with the above "weaknesses" or "potential areas for growth". The course helps us to see our own "preferences" and under situations, we may need to do things in our less-preferred way.
